I finally made it home after the looooong trek over the pass. I guess there was a wind storm a few nights ago because the power was out all along 18 and none of the traffic signals were working. So I got stuck for a few hours in stop-and-go traffic because everyone had to stop at the signal instead of just going through the green light (bah!). But at least I'm home for about a month.
Lindy comes home in a few days, I'm so psyched! I can't wait to go pick her up at the airport with Kymmie and Mimi. I really want to make something cool to give to her, or create some funky hats for us to wear when we go. (I like to make a party out of everything)
